These Terms govern your use of 740TEXTJOE’s SMS-based content service. By messaging our numbers, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service

We provide automated, templated, keyword-triggered content experiences (e.g., poems, jokes, lyrics, and images). Replies are generated based on your prompts or media.

2) Credits & Payments

• Some features require credits. We’ll confirm before deducting a credit (e.g., “You have X credits. Reply YES to proceed.”).
• Taxes and carrier fees may apply. Message and data rates may apply.
• Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.

3) Messaging

• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• You must be 13+ to use the service.

4) Acceptable Use

Don’t use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
